Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in finance, banking and accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 10 years in managerial positions in Corporate Finance at investment firm or financial consultant multinational
• Having good networking with banks and other financial institutions both domestic and international scale
• Having a deep understanding of capital markets, financial modeling and valuation
• Strong communication and negotiation
• Have the analytical skills and a good conceptual
• Mastering the English language both oral and written

Senior Corporate Finance Manager (Code: SCF)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in finance, banking and accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 7 years in managerial positions in Corporate Finance at investment firm or financial consultant multinational

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Degree in finance or law from a reputable university
• Minimum 10 years in managerial positions in the areas of Compliance in corporate investment, banking or other financial institutions.
• Having a deep understanding of the business process and the investment firm experienced in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Having a deep understanding of the legal aspects of the capital market and investment companies
