Job overview:

• Responsible for designing and maintaining the development of training programs in the network (Main Dealer)
• Analyzing data and information for improvement Customer Service.
• Analyzing, monitoring and improvement of the information system and to the entire network of Honda in Indonesia.
• Implement and mengimprove training system related to Customer Service.
• Socialization, coordination with related parts and tissues.

Qualifications:

• Has Graduated S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering / Management
• GPA min 3:00
• Max age 27 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and be flexible.
• Have the analytical skills and logical thinking are adequate.
• Having good problem solving skills and tactical.
• Being able to build networks / networking with outsiders with good and strategic.
• Ability to work in a high demand, the rapid rhythm of work and corresponding date line.
• Willing to traveling at a high intensity.
