Key tasks
- Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, is directly responsible for controling reservation team and handling telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input into the computer system.
- Work closely with all Front Office and Sales personnel, and in particular, Sales, providing lead advice and constant "feedback" concerning both inquiries and firm reservations.
- Work at all times in maximizing the hotel’s occupancy potential, whilst protecting the Hotel's business mix.
- To make sure that the hotel achieve Excellent Resavision Score
- Has 1 year expereince as Reservation Supervisor
- Good Communication skill
- Details & Service oriented
- Capable to do training
- Mastering Realta system is preferable
