College Management Trainee

Designed to provide entry-level managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs and provide exceptional guest service. The training program will develop discipline specific skills, as well as the management skills necessary to ensure a successful career with Marriott International, Marriott Vacation Club International and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Candidate must be currently enrolled in a college/university with an expected graduation date no later than December 2013.
