• Has a driving license

Nurse

• Male / Female graduate from diploma Nurse with GPA min 3.0
• Single and Maximum age 25 years old
• Minimum height 155 cm for female and 160 cm for male

Pharmacy

• Male / Female graduate from diploma Pharmacist with GPA min 2,75
• Single and Maximum age 27 years old

Health Analyst
