Wayang Windu Geothermal Power Station is managed under a Joint Operation Contract with Pertamina to develop geothermal resources within the 12,960 hectare contract area. An Energy Sales Agreement between MNL, Pertamina and PLN, a state owned utility company, gives Star Energy the exclusive right to develop up to 400 MW of electricity - generating capacity over a period of 42 years, with each generating unit being scheduled to operate for at least 30 years. The JOC has the potential to ultimately deliver more than the already-contracted 400 MW of base load electricity to power hungry West Java.The first Unit (110 MW) at Wayang Windu was completed in 1999, and has been producing at full capacity (with an availability rate of over 98%) since 2000. At the time of its installation, Unit One was the largest geothermal turbine in the world.

Secretary
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as secretary in the related field is required for this position. Working experience in Oil and Gas Industry is an advantage.

Completion Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Completion engineer develops, plans, estimate costs, schedules and supervises the operations necessary to the process of drilling oil and gas wells, from initial well design to testing, completion and abandonment.
- The role can involve administering drilling & work over and service contracts engineering design and the planning of wells, and supervising the drilling crew on site.
- Completion engineer work with other professionals, such as geologist and geoscientific & HSESR personnel, to monitor drilling progress, oversee safety management and ensure the protection of the environment
- Prepare completion diagrams and end of well reports
- Prepare performance and cost analysis
- Performs all other duties as may be required by the business needs.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Mechanical).
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Drilling and Work Over, Engineering and Operation in Oil & Gas Industry is required for this position. Having offshore experience is preferable.
- Having special skills in design and selection of the well completions, develop or design the work over and stimulation procedures and develop cost estimate for any completion & work over jobs.
- The ability to communicate in English equivalent to a TOEIC of 550.

Field Medical Officer
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Geology/Geophysics.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in Oil & Gas Industry is required for this position.
- Have working experience in Prospect Generation, Petroleum System Evaluation, Well Log Interpretation, X-Section & Map Generation.
- Have special skills in Prospect Portfolio Building, Risk Analysis & Normalization.
- Have flexibility & tenacity to handle a perplexing project in a reasonable or tight time frame.
- Must be able to mentor junior staff.
Sr Drilling Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Designs drilling programs in accordance with the industry recognizes technical criteria and applicable drilling regulations in order to achieve exploration objectives in a safe and cost effective manner.
- Works with multidisciplinary professionals to evaluate the commercial viability of the well and monitor progress during drilling.
- Prepares regular well report.
- Ensures all routine drilling and cost control reports are accurate, complete and timely.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree majoring in Engineering (Petroleum or Mechanical), or other related technical educations.
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in drilling, develop drilling program and supervise in the well site. Preferable having working experience in off shore.
