IT SERVICE & SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Job Description

1. Coordinate day to day activity in supporting IT users in ICBP Group
2. Coordinate resources to keep IT services delivered, and ensure resolution of IT service problems/ failures
3. Maintain and coordinate the lifecycle of incidents/disruption and give update to users as soon as possible
4. Maintain and coordinate the lifecycle of service request
5. Produce and deliver reports of achievement and trends against service levels

IT PROGRAMMER

Job Description

1. Responsible in developing and maintaining Non-SAP Application within Indofood Group
2. Work with the project team and functional team to produce application on schedule with high quality performance
3. Design and make application prototype according to user requirement
4. Update on new technology and improve coding program

Qualification Required

1. Max. age 30 years old
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering
3. Experience in using C#, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server
4. Having knowledge in mobile programming (java, android, etc) is a plus
5. Good individual & team player

IT SYSTEM ANALYST

Job Description

1. Responsible in a project to design and build application, create framework to ease developer task, coordinate task with independent programmers, integrate and test application.
2. Work with developer and key user to produce application on schedule with high quality performance.
3. Design and make prototype according to user requirement.
4. Perform testing, training, implementation and support application within SLA.

4. Experience in capturing requirements and in understanding business process.
5. Experience in writing software requirement specification and functional specification documents.
6. Experience in designing database and understand object oriented programming is a must.

IT NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description

1. Set up the local / wide area networks for end users to support their business
2. Provide technical solutions for end users in using systems to support their day-to-day business activities.
3. Provide high level support primarily for end users via on-site, telephone, electronic mail, and communicate with end users who possess a wide range of LAN / WAN technology
4. Setup and manage Cisco router to connect to WAN network from / to HQ to Branches
5. Setup and manage Proxy Server (Blue Coat) to provide Internet Applications
6. Responsible for designing, planning, and management of server and the network infrastructure such as UTP / Fiber Optics cabling with Cisco L-3 Switch and 3 Com Switch
7. Ensure LAN / WAN continuing functionality and maintain instructional technology

NETWORK SECURITY OFFICER

Job Description

1. Secure corporate network by implementing necessary security policy and ensure up to date knowledge on network security field advances / improvements.
2. Monitor network utilization including Wide Area Networks, Local Area Networks and Wireless networks by regular / routine monitoring using network.
3. Ensure proper utilization of corporate network assets including external and internal network, internet, proxy, firewall, packeteer, Core Switch/Routers and Network Management Tools by doing compliance check and periodic audits

Qualification Required

1. Age 24 - 35 years old
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering
3. Experienced min 4 years in networking / network devices/ network security
4. Must have network security including Firewall, Internet Proxies, Packet Shapers and Network Access Controls
5. Background experiences in Network Security Audit and Packet Log Analysis is a plus

SOFTWARE & APPLICATION SECURITY OFFICER

Job Description

1. Develop comprehensive Corporate IT security policies for Software/Application
2. Review and improve existing software/application security
3. Administer and manage Corporate Application / Software licensing and contracts
4. Audit / monitor all Corporate Software and Application usage and access management
5. Involve in ERP user authorization audit and proper ERP functional role assignment

Qualification Required

1. Min. age 24 years old
2. Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering
3. Related background with experience in User-Access management and maintaining software and Application access and authorization including usage and licensing
4. Knowledge in IT operations especially Software and Application administration
5. Knowledge in IT Auditing and IT Security concepts
6. Knowledge in SAP Authorization and COBIT/CISA is a plus
7. Highly responsible individual who can work well with others

PORTAL PROGRAMMER

Job Description

1. Manage SAP Portal development.
2. Develop web applications through packaged and customized applications.
3. Maintain and enhance existing web applications and ensure integration of all internal systems.
4. Perform complete testing of web applications.
5. Design and modify web applications templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use.
6. Develop database and web interfaces.

Qualification Required

2. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
3. Experience min. 1 years in HTML, web programming (Java & CSS programming), and web design, web dynpro (SAP Portal Programming).

IT DESKTOP MANAGEMENT OPERATION OFFICER

Job Description

1. Provide support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment.
2. Perform installation, diagnosis, repairing, maintenance, and plan to upgrade all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
3. Provide end-user assistance where required

Qualification Required

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
2. 3-5 years experience in managing desktop computing environment in large scale
3. Extensive knowledge about desktop management tools software (Symantec Altiris is a plus).
4. Excellent technical knowledge of desktop hardware.

IT SAP SUPPORT Module QM /MM/ CO/ WM

Job Description

1. Provide day to day support & solution/ problem solving to SAP problem
2. Getting involved in SAP project implementation
3. Assist users in blueprint definition and system solution
4. Perform SAP QM / MM / CO/ WM system configurations
5. Provide technical specifications for developer team

Qualification Required

1. Educational background Bachelor of Information Technology
2. Min. 3 years working experience in related field
3. Min. experienced in 3 cycle SAP QM / MM Implementation or 5 cycle SAP CO / WM Implementation
4. Has extensive experience in the handling on SAP QM Configuration
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
6. Mastering of SAP QM / MM /CO/ WM Module
7. Knowledge of MM/ WMS module, actual costing method & strong knowledge of production process would be preferable
