Responsibilities:
- Processing the request by asking for quotation from several approved suppliers in supplier list or new supplier
- Preparing purchase order (PO) after received purchase approval and checked the approval authorization
- Collecting supporting documents (quotation, price comparison table, purchase approval) to be attached to PO and filing it
Requirements:
- Min Diploma degree from any major
- Minimum 1 year as Purchasing Staff or Buyer
- Concern with detail and trustworthy
- Harddriving, proactive and good in negotiation
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written
