Requirements:
- Min S1 from reputable university with min GPA of 3.00, majoring in
Architectural Engineering
Civil Engineering
Economics and Accounting
- Preferably Male, maximum age 27 years
- Proficient in English, both in spoken and written (TOEFL score min. 400)
Legal Staff (LS)
Requirements:
- Preferably Male, maximum age 30 years old
- Min S1 from reputable university with min GPA of 2.75, majoring in Law
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Staff
- Preferably have working experience and understand in the legal aspects in the field of construction /
- developer business
- Having the ability for the details and the usual handling of criminal or civil cases
- Having an understanding of Employment Law, Corporate Regulation, Construction Law, Licensing and
- developers in construction related
- Highly motivated and accustomed to working under pressure
- Multitasking, persuasive and having a good negotiation skills
- Proficient in English, both in spoken and written (TOEFL score min. 400)
Business Development (BD)
Requirements:
- Preferably Male, maximum age 35 years old
- Min S1 from reputable university with min GPA of 2.75, majoring in Civil Engineering or Architectural
- Engineering
- Able to develop the initial concept and provide support in project feasibility studies
- Able to create a design / plan suitability
- Able to develop a business plan and financing models
- Preferably having minimum 3 years of experience in Building Property
- Proficient in English, both in spoken and written (TOEFL score min. 400)
Commercial Engineer (CE)
Requirements:
- Preferably Male, maximum age 35 years old
- Min S1 from reputable university with min GPA of 2.75, majoring in Civil Engineering
- Able to control the cost, time and quality of project work
- Preferably having minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Building
- Proficient in English, both in spoken and written (TOEFL score min. 400)
General Superintendent (GS)
Requirements:
- Preferably Male, maximum age 35 years old
- Min S1 from reputable university with min GPA of 2.75, majoring in Civil Engineering
- Able to monitoring and managing project work
- Preferably having minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Building (High Rise Building)
- Proficient in English, both in spoken and written (TOEFL score min. 400)
Construction Manager (CM)
Requirements:
- Preferably Male, maximum age 40 years old
- Min S1 from reputable university with min GPA of 2.75, majoring in Civil Engineering
- Able to planning, control and implementation of the project
- Preferred minimum of 5 years experience in Construction Building (High Rise Building)
- Preferably having minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Building (High Rise Building)
- Proficient in English, both in spoken and written (TOEFL score min. 400)
