PT. Askes Persero is a State Owned Enterprise engaged in health care services especially to hold health insurance for Civil Servants, Pensioners, Army / Police, Veterans and their families.
Askes has a vision to become a Health Insurance specialist in Indonesia with providing health assurance to participants through the effective and efficient management.
Askes persero currently led by dr. I Gede Subawa, M.Kes., AAAK as managing director. Participants of Askes has grown to three times, and the company will soon expand infrastructure such as branch offices, and will also be the addition of an employee.
PT Askes also will transform into BPJS health, and PT Jamsostek.
In 2011, PT Askes awarded "Indonesia Brand Champion 2011 category of The Most Popular Brand of Health Insurance" of marketeers and markplusinsight.
