Batcher Job Position Holcim Indonesia

Holcim Indonesia is a part of Holcim International as producer of cement, ready mixed concrete and aggregates for building and construction solutions.

Holcim Indonesia operates two plants, at Narogong, West Java, and Cilacap, Central Java, and a cement grinding station at Ciwandan, Banten. A third cement plant in Tuban, East Java, is scheduled to begin operations in 2013. Cement production annual capacity is currently at 8.3 million tonnes, with the Tuban Plant in East Java bringing us to 10 million tonnes by 2013

Batcher

As Batcher the incumbent will be responsible to realize the batching of concrete and also arrange the support facility in order to ensure the customer's design specifications an timing are mets
Requirement

• Diploma's degree in Engineering (Civil) is desirable with 1 year experience, fresh graduate are welcome
• Diploma's degree from other discipline with 2 years experiences
• Have an operational experience in Concrete (or like) industry
• Have an experience as concrete technicial experience
• Proficient with MS Office, SAP, and Lotus Notes
• Good in English and Bahasa
• Have integrity and honesty
• Know how to operate a batch plant and support production facilities
• Mechanical knowledge
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work with and in a multicultural team
• Good communication skills
• Customer relation skills
