Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (JIEP) is a state owned enterprise engaged in management and service of industrial estate. The company is located in Jakarta and established on June, 26 1973. The company ownership owned by the national government and the government of Jakarta with a stock portion of each 50%.

Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung Persero built upon the development of the sub-sectors of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, followed by the growth of industrial zones that sporadically broke out in various corners of the city. These conditions require the local government to set up industrial activities with efforts to unite in a special area, so it can be nurtured and develop and deliver benefits to the surrounding community.
