VAC2813 - Cloud Solution Architect

Job Description:

• Design and create variants service of Indosat Information Technology based on company segment and type of industry
• Develop agreement with Indosat Information Technology such as for H/W principal, S/W principal and system integrator
• Design and create proposal for information technology solutions based on customer needs in Large Enterprise Segment
• Develop operational procedure and service level agreement with corporate partners
• Prepare and presenting Indosat Information Technology services to customers (Large Enterprise Segment)

Experience & Qualifications:

• Diploma degree majoring in Technical
• At least 3 years experience in the implementation and consulting IT solution
• Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking, target oriented, communicative
• English skills (writing and verbal)

VAC2812 - Cloud Service Engineer

Job Description:

• Perform provisioning via Indosat Cloud portal and escalate to Cloud Solution Architect or partners
• Try out to make sure cloud services is configured as customer needs
• Troubleshooting incident related to portal configuration
• Analyse the performance of Indosat Information Technology services
• Collect detailed customer requirements in the data collection sheet

Experience & Qualifications:

• Male/Female, max 40 years old
• Diploma degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication
• Having knowledge and experience with IT devices, network, and firewall
• Having knowledge about vitualization such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking, target oriented, communicative
• English skills (writing and verbal)
