Specialist – Innovation Partnership

Responsibilities:
  • Build and strengthen XL's relationships with Indonesian Internet content and communication players, including Internet sites, application developers, major retailers, utilities and entrepreneurs and also with the world's major communication and content players
  • Shape and develop XL Innovation roadmap through industry scouting and partner interaction
  • Manage all commercial activities between XL Axiata and a range of Indonesian players
  • Run programs to support and develop and select players to partner with XL for launching ideas and services to the Indonesian market
  • Define new product opportunities, shaping and channeling initial concepts through to product and planning teams
  • Manage the commercial negotiations and terms for joint products
Requirements:
  • Strong business development experience in a relevant sector – telecoms, IT, management consulting
  • A proven track record of managing strategic relationship and delivering high profile agreements between telecom and Internet players
  • A strong network of partners across the Indonesia Mobile and Internet market
  • A thorough understanding of the telecoms and internet industries, including good knowledge of mobile products
  • Strong project management skills
  • Solid interpersonal and communications skills (Verbal, Written & Presentation)
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics (S2 degree is a plus)

Specialist - M-Payment Product Development

Responsibilities:
  • Build and expand the merchant network for driving growth of XL's m-payments product
  • Identify potential online and physical merchant partnerships
  • Develop the XL payments value proposition and 'sell-book' for potential merchants
  • Sell the XL value proposition to potential merchants and develop sustainable partnerships
  • Identify and tie-up with required intermediaries to enable payments
  • Execute XL's payment options with partners and generate transaction revenues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in Telco and/or Finance roles
  • Prior experience in business development
  • Strong networks within industry will be an added plus
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for selling
  • Prior experience in sales and/or customer management required
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian market, especially dynamics of online and physical retail merchants highly desirable
  • Commercial orientation
  • Ability to realize commercial value from business initiatives
  • Ability to think creatively to design and develop innovative payment options
Specialist – Supply Performance

Responsibilities:
  • Control and report supply performance i.e. Starter Pack, e-reload, Physical Voucher in market and report distribution performance
  • Calculate material requirement planning for SIM card
  • Control inventory stock, delivery and movement of physical voucher
  • Analyze supply performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge in distribution system and supply chain
  • Knowledge of Telco industry and its channel management
  • Strong project management
  • Strong business acumen
Manager - VAS Product Development

Responsibilities:
  • Manage VAS product development team to develop product in time & quality
  • Prepare high level report [plan, achievement & issue] on product development to give an update to management
  • Manage escalation problem especially related with 3rd parties to ensure the end to end delivery
  • Control project priority level to manage user expectation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years experience as managerial position
  • Understanding VAS business/industry & VAS product update knowledge
  • Telco network Architecture, especially that related to VAS and data & IP architecture technology
  • Ability to interact and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
GM – Marketing Business Control

Responsibilities:
  • Provide independent assessment of activities and impact of various campaigns in the Marketing department
  • Monitor and track the implementation of priority initiatives
  • Challenge assumptions for business case related to Marketing products and campaigns
  • Assist CMO for A&P allocation planning and coordinate annual CAPEX and OPEX budget planning for Marketing Department
  • Control and audit CMO budgets and spend to ensure disciplined budget process
Requirements:
  • Master degree is preferable with minimum 5 years experience in managerial Marketing roles in the Telco industry
  • Strategic thinking ability and business mindset
  • Independent thinker, able to challenge assumptions and cases brought forward by peers
  • Strong attention to details and familiarity with corporate budgeting process
  • Ability to evaluate large amount of data and pull high-level business insights
  • Ability to interact and work closely with stakeholders from other business units
