In view of our significant and growing business operations in Indonesia, We seek to hire qualified candidates to fill the following positions to be based in Kelurahan Salira, Banten Province, with responsibilities and requirements as follows:Civil & Structural Engineers
Responsibilities:
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
- Ensure transportation or hydraulic systems and building structures, meet construction and government standards.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure concordance to design specifications and safety insanitation standards.Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
- Direct or participate in surveying to lay out Installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
- Monitor the construction activities of the contractors.
- Report to Project Engineering Manager of all kinds of issues arouse from the construction activities at site.
- Civil Engineering degree from a recognized Indonesian or foreign university
- At least has two (2) to our (4) years of experience In civil and structural in the relevant industry
Electrical Engineers
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise site electrical activities such as erection and Installation electrical panels, transference cables, cable trays and etc.
- Divide the work within sub-group teams arid allocate required resources such as manpower, equipment and tools upon the work schedule, site condition and progress of the works
- Ensure tire contractors work under specified quality level
- Review and ensure the specifications of equipment supplied are according to the design specifications set.
- Responsible to review contractors’ work procedures and method statements
- Responsible to make sure all the needed drawings and manual or any other required technical information Is available with the Installation team
- Communicate with Vendor representative at site to get necessary guidelines and hints
- Oversees electrical, lighting arid power circuit
- Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized Indonesian or foreign university
- At least has two (2) to four (4) years of experience in electrical In tire relevant industry
Mechanical Engineers
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise site mechanical activities such as installation of steam turbine and generator, boiler, ROP and Ash & Coal handling equipment.
- Divide the work within sub-group teams and allocate required resources such as man power equipment and tools upon the work schedule, site condition and progress of the works
- Ensure the contractors work under specified quality level
- Review and ensure the specifications of equipment supplied are according to the design specifications set.
- Responsible to review contractors’ work procedures and method statements
- Ensure the availability of required material in connection with warehouse to ensure work continuality
- Responsible to make sure all the needed drawings and manual or any other required technical information is available with the installation team
- Communicate with Vendor representative at site to get necessary guidelines arid hints
- Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized Indonesian or foreign university
- At least has two (2) to four (4) years of experience in mechanical In the relevant industry
Logistics and Formalities Officer
Responsibilities
- Prepare and track Master list approval
- Get importation Permit including but not limited API-P. IP Besi or Baja. NPIK and NIK/SPR
- To support operation planning and tracking
- Get permit end necessary documentation for vessel charter
- Produce report for Project Manager on range of related activities, documenting process, processes and decisions, making recommendation as appropriate
- Responsible to appropriate processes In accordance with applicable regulation
- Expedite the delivery to meet the targeted timeline, and company objective
- Maintain a good document control for all permit obtained
- Responsible to ensure of appropriate procurement processes are maintained in accordance with Regulation
- Bachelor degree from a recognized Indonesian or foreign university
- At least has four (4) to six (6) years of experience in handling logistics and formalities in the power plant industry
- Has good experience In handling custom clearance.
- Has good relationship with Custom
HSE Officer
Responsibilities :
- Develop Company s HSE Management System and HSE-Manual to be implemented In the company.
- Develop Contractor Safety Management System for the company.
- Conduct socializing and campaigning Companys HSE General Procedure and HSE Issues which comes up from Management.
- Conduct list Training, Safety Induction and HSE Meeting at Office and Site
- Conduct HSE Audit and report to the Project Manager
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Work Instruction related to particular job.
- As Company Auditor and Vendor personnel during inspecting or visiting the site
- Conduct Near Miss and Accident / Incident Investigation.
- Administer and document all data & file related to HSE aspect.
- Bachelor degree from a recognized Indonesian or foreign university HSE degree Is preferably
- At least has five (5) to seven (7) years of experience, preferably in HSE in the power plant Industry
