Media Relations Officer
work Location: Bogor and Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:
  • To support Corporate Communications Superintendent in its region to execute the regional’s communication strategy align with Holcim Indonesia’s vision to be the Healthy Living Condition provider specifically for its region. Assignment will be covering but not limited to develop media relationship plan, maintain media stakeholder database, coordinate any media event regularly, develop communication materials for its region (internally and externally), media monitoring and follow up action, prepare media monthly report, and cooperate with other related directorates to develop positive stories to enhannce company reputation.
  • Provide support to region’s corporate management on crisis and issue management.
  • Provide support to region’s corporate management on corporate events and internal communications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably majoring in Communications or Business / Economy.
  • Minimum 2 years experience preferably related to Media Relations.
  • Media relations and management experience.
  • Microsoft Office & Lotus Notes literate.
  • Excellent in English written and verbal.
  • Able to diagnose communications requirements and develop a structured approach to engage stakeholder groups.

Experience :
  • Minimum 1 year in current position
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience on Truck Operation
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience on dispatching process from shipping point (pack house) until delivery to the customer

Territory Sales Officer Bali
Work location: Bali

Maintaining and expanding building materials in his/her territory (achieve targets), providinge direction to (distributor) salesmen as well as provide support for Area Sales Coordinator.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Experience in sales supervisory minimum 2 years
  • Preferably experienced in FMCG industry or building material industry
  • Having a thorough territorial knowledge regarding Bali Area
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must

Key Account Inter Island
Work Location: Riau - Batam, Riau

As Interisland Jr. Key Account, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for all commercial functions of the operation in the assigned area. Tasks will include but not limited to :
  • Implementation of sales plan and initiate corrective actions to assure sales performance is within planned performance.
  • Coordinate with supporting function for product availability and on time delivery.
  • Develop the present and future markets and the prices for Inter Island Customers.
  • Lead negotiations with current and potential customers/distributors according to authority given.
  • Create, deliver, and communicate value proposition by provide excellent customer services in order to build up a very strong customer relationship.
  • Assure & control account folders, credit limits and payments.

GOG - SR KEY ACCOUNT
Location : Jakarta

Scope of works :

Purpose of this job is to increase revenue, to continue volume development, and to ensure market information transfer during selling oil well cement as well as to maintain existing mortar customers, penetrate new mortar customers and develop new service/product fit for application for customers as an added value.

As Mortar, Geothermal, Oil and Gas (GOG) Sr. Key Account, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for all commercial functions of the operation in the assigned area. Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to :
  • To prepare in coordination with the Transformational Sales Manager the annual operating budget for his/her area/country of responsibility
  • To assure and control sales plan; review deviations within planned performance of his/her area/country and to initiate corrective actions
  • To develop the present and future markets and the prices for GOG and Mortar segment
  • To lead negotiations with customers and issue quotations.
  • To handle and negotiate with Distributors in order to achieve Target
  • To create, deliver, and communicate value proposition by provide excellent customer services in order to build up a very strong customer relationship.
  • To handle costumer complaints and to settle product quality issues
  • To organize shipment schemes with the use of various transport means and warehouses; organize all export issues related to oil well cement
  • To coordinate with supporting function for product availability, product quality and on time delivery.
  • To assure & control account folders, credit limits and payments.
  • To provide regular report of performance, development and activities in his/her area/country of responsibility
Education : Bachelor degree engineering, preferably from Civil Engineering

Experience :
  • Experience as civil engineer, construction material technician or other technical experience in construction business, Oil and Gas industry also mortar industry
  • Experience in sales and/or application consulting in Oil and Gas and mortar industry

Computer literacy : Proficient with Ms.Office (Excel & Word, PowerPoint) & Lotus Notes, Internet
Language : Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English (spoken & written)
