Recruitment of a Clerk (Working in Japanese)
Job Specifications
- Translating documents from Japanese to English
- Arranging appointments, reservations, events
- Assist the composing of presentation materials
- Other administration and clerical work
Qualification Requirements
- Indonesian citizen or permanent resident of Indonesia.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (capable of translating documents from Japanese to English)
- College-educated or higher qualification holders
- Capable of using computers (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.)
- Working venue is the Mission of Japan to ASEAN, Jl. M.H. Thamrin, No. 24, Jakarta 10350
- Basic working hours are 5 days per week, within 40 hoursin a month (from 08:15 to 16:00, lunch break: 12:30 – 13:15)
- Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s experiences and certain standards in Jakarta and will be paid in IDR which will be exchanged from USD.
- Can start working immediately after the contract is signed.

Selection Process
After receiving application documents by e-mail, the Mission will select the candidates in the following procedures;
- Those who pass the initial document screening will be invited to come to the Mission for a written test (document preparation in English) and an interview.
- Considering the results of document screening and of the written test/interview, the Mission will select 1 (one) person who is considered appropriate to bea local staff of the Mission.
