The Company operates four complementary Strategic Business Groups (Group):
  1. Consumer Branded Products (CBP), the producer of a range of packaged foods under a number of divisions including Noodles, Food Seasonings, Snack Foods and Nutrition & Special Foods. With the acquisition of PT Indolakto (Indolakto) during 2008, the Dairy Division becomes the latest addition to the Group, providing a strong presence in this strongly growing market.   3. Agribusiness, principal activities range from research and development, oil palm seed breeding and cultivation as well as refining, branding and marketing of cooking oil, margarine and shortening. In addition, the Group is also involved in the cultivation and processing of rubber, sugar cane, cocoa and tea.
  4. Distribution boasts the most extensive distribution network in Indonesia. It distributes the majority of the Company's consumer products as well as third party products.

Internal Audit Staff Fresh Graduate

Job Description
  • Assist the preparation of audit plans and program
  • Complete audit work in accordance with the audit plan and methodology
  • Gather and analyze data or reports
  • Prepare audit working paper in complete, systematic & timely manner
  • Communicate and discuss any findings to the Auditor in Charge
Qualification Required
  • Max. age 26 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Fresh graduate are most welcome to apply / 1 years working experience in related field
  • Computer literate
  • Good command in English
  • Communicative & good presentation skill
  • Willing to have traveling with highly frequent
Enterprise Risk Management (Internal Audit)

Job Description:
  • Implement ERM process in the company and also the software used
  • To evaluate the adequacy of control activities reviewed by the unit / subsidiaries
  • Provide recommendations on the evaluation review the adequacy of control activities
  • Collaborate with other internal auditors in performing Risk Based Auditing
  • Creating reports and statements ERM Software
  • Conduct training and socialization ERM in units / subsidiaries
Qualification Required:
  • Male / Female, age max. 30 years
  • S1 Accounting
  • Preferably have experience working in the Big Four Firm for 1-2 years
  • Preferably have experience in ERM in the company for 2-3 years
  • Have knowledge of Risk Management (COSO / ISO 31000)
  • Have an understanding of the internal audit / internal control
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Communicative and able to work together in groups
