In conducting the postal service in Indonesia, Pos Indonesia is dividing to eleven regional divisions operation. Distribution divisions include all provinces in Indonesia. Each division includes one or several provinces that are part of the division. Divisions are as follows:
- Division I Medan branch (including the province of Aceh and North Sumatra)
- Division II Padang branch (including Riau, Riau and West Sumatra)
- Division III Palembang branch (including the province of Bengkulu, Jambi, Lampung, South Sumatra, and the islands of the Pacific Islands)
- Division IV Jakarta branch (including the provinces of Jakarta, Banten partially, and part of West Java)
- Division V Bandung branch (covering most of Banten and West Java)
- Division VI Semarang branch (including the province of Central Java and Yogyakarta)
- Division VII Surabaya branch (East Java include)
- Division VIII Denpasar branch (covering of Bali, Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara)
- Division IX Banjarbaru branches (covering West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and South Kalimantan)
- Division X Makassar branch (include province of Gorontalo, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and South Sulawesi)
- Division XI Jayapura branch (covering North Maluku, Maluku, West Papua and Papua).

Pos Indonesia's share in serving its customers, both in the national and international scale, not limited to the postal segment, but also in the financial business. Money transfer facility through Pos Indonesia can be enjoyed by its customers. Bill payment facility for electricity, water, telephone and can be enjoyed in Pos Indonesia.
