Credit ControlWork location: Thamrin - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Assess the credit applications by reviewing financial reports submitted by the applicant, credit rating reports , trade references or bank reference to identify the applicant’s credit worthiness
- Recommend appropriate credit limit and payment term for Management’s consideration as well as maintain periodical review for all accounts
- To administer, monitor and prepare reports on Customer Performance analysis
- Maintain customer master data and update changes if required
- Monitor insurance application and maintain all documentation
- Review the company credit control procedure and develop and implement enhancements where required
- Where required initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
- To keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques.
- Visit customers to enhance the credit assessment
- Assist in ad hoc project if required
Requirements:

CSR OfficerWork location: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Development of annual CSR planning at APP mill level as well as monitor the implementation and provide support as required. As a part of the Sustainability Team, CSR Officer will also be responsible in providing support to company-wide sustainability issues and initiatives. The job require extensive amount of traveling to all 7 APP mills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline
- Demonstrate relevant experience in CSR program design, implementation management and monitoring of CSR project
- Excellent English is a must
- Exposure to Sustainability Reporting and GRI standards is of advantage
- Precise and able to pay attention to detail
