Purchasing staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Industrial, electrical, or mechanical with GPA min 3.00
• Min. 2 years experiences
• Fluent in english and mandarin
• Good Communication and negotiation skill
• Having a good relationship and networking with vendor or supplier
• Familiar with SAP
• Good Command in english
• Willing to work in Alam Sutera

Credit Control
Work location: Thamrin - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Assess the credit applications by reviewing financial reports submitted by the applicant, credit rating reports , trade references or bank reference to identify the applicant’s credit worthiness
• Recommend appropriate credit limit and payment term for Management’s consideration as well as maintain periodical review for all accounts
• To administer, monitor and prepare reports on Customer Performance analysis
• Maintain customer master data and update changes if required
• Monitor insurance application and maintain all documentation
• Review the company credit control procedure and develop and implement enhancements where required
• Where required initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
• To keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques.
• Visit customers to enhance the credit assessment
• Assist in ad hoc project if required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Accounting/ finance with GPA min 3.00
• Having experience in finance accounting min 2 years
• Fluent in English

IT Business Process Analyst - CRM SAP
Work location: Serpong - Tangerang

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Informatic or equivalent
• from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
• Min. 2 yrs as analyst preferably supporting applications in CRM areas
• Experience in IT project implemention and familirization with SAP would be an advantage
• Good Presentation Skills and communication is a must
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work in Serpong Tangerang Area
• Willing to travel in domestic area or overseas

QC Controller
Work location: Perawang - Pekanbaru

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with min. GPA 3.00
• Min. 2 years of working experiences in the same field
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be located in Perawang

CSR Officer
Work location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Development of annual CSR planning at APP mill level as well as monitor the implementation and provide support as required. As a part of the Sustainability Team, CSR Officer will also be responsible in providing support to company-wide sustainability issues and initiatives. The job require extensive amount of traveling to all 7 APP mills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any discipline
• Demonstrate relevant experience in CSR program design, implementation management and monitoring of CSR project
• Excellent English is a must
• Exposure to Sustainability Reporting and GRI standards is of advantage
• Precise and able to pay attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and a highly organized person
• Highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual
• Good interpersonal and communication skill

Project Procurement Controller
Work location: Serpong - Tangerang

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Or Mechatronic with GPA min 3.00
• Having experiences in related field min 2 years
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel to all mills
• Willing to be located in Serpong
